Reply To Email: Company Info Update and Email configuration

New Feature :

Reply to Email: You now have 2 x options to change the From Email to your nominated Email address,  Does not have to be noreply@freighttracker.com.au This is what it used to automatically default to. 

Once you update the below Email address: Your emails will now be received to your clients Globally if you wish as per nominated email address 


Once you press save you will be asked the below ( Note the wording this cannot be undone )





When pressing yes this is what you are updating in your email configurations ( From emails are all defaulted to be from eg: renee@testing123.com.au)



Part 2 :
If you want specific emails addresses to be the From Email you also have the option to change this as well
Click on the Edit but for the email config as per below and then type in the email you want that to be addressed from, 

I want Email Template: Missing EDO to have a from Email address: Roberta@testing123.com.au,  This will now be updated as follows.  

 


  1. A few things to consider and Note
  2. Customers will now receive all new emails in their inbox from your nominated From Email addresses you have set
  3. When they reply to you it will go to your nominated email address/ Inbox NOT Freighttracker Inbox
  4. Also note a very that you are only allowed 1 x Email address in that location not multiple.
