Overview

This FAQ will show you how to set the hours of operation for your paying and/or delivery customers.

How do I enter the hours of operation...

1. Go to Customers and search for your customer. Open the customer screen.
2. Go to the Prefs tab
3. Select the module you would like to set the hours of operations for.
4. Select the Edit button.



4. Containers and Warehouse - 
      a. Enter the operation times in the Hours of Operation box. It is a free text field so you can type any format, any information in this field.
      b. Select Save Preferences


5. General Freight has a different entry format
      a. Select the down arrow for the From time and select the open time
      b. Select the down arrow for the To time and select the close time.
      c. Select the Save preferences button.



What does the hours of operation do?

Containers:
In the container module the hours of operation are displayed on the booking.


Warehouse:
In the warehouse module, the hours of operation are not displayed anywhere.

General Freight:
In the general freight module, the hours of operation are used when you enter the pickup or delivery time in the system. If you have entered a time outside the hours of operation the system will show you a warning.
